- Managing village maintenance and contractors.
- Developing short and long-term maintenance plans.
- Coordinating stakeholders on medium to large projects.
- Cultivating resident relationships and addressing minor complaints.
- Administering maintenance operations.
- Supervising Maintenance Officers and managing vehicle/plant maintenance.
- Maintaining Work Health & Safety and Risk Registers.
- Liaising with contractors and ensuring timely project completion and resident feedback.

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Customer service focus; adept at relationship-building.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
